The Star Project is a vibrant and welcoming hub for young performers aged 4-21 years in Worcestershire, dedicated to providing exceptional Musical Theatre training. Founded in 2008 by local performer Jo Payne, this inspiring initiative has supported thousands of students in their artistic journeys, helping them build not only their skills in the arts but also their personal confidence.

At The Star Project, students have the unique opportunity to attend a weekly stage school, audition for a professional London Agency, and even perform on The West End.
