Docker Bakery has relocated from West Hythe to a larger space in Folkestone, where it now operates out of Unit F, Kingsmead, Park Farm, CT19 5EU. The bakery offers a variety of freshly baked sourdough bread, pastries, and other treats, along with takeaway coffee. Customers can enjoy an expanded selection of artisan baked goods in the new retail area.

In addition to in-store purchases, Docker Bakery provides non-contact delivery services to several nearby areas, including Folkestone, Cheriton, Sandgate, Hythe, Capel, and Hawkinge, with deliveries scheduled for Thursdays. The bakery also supplies fresh sourdough to wholesale customers five days a week, catering to restaurants, cafes, pubs, and retailers throughout East Kent.
